Shopping on the site

The products on the site have been segregated into categories for your convenience. To find a product you are looking for; browse the categories in the ‘Shop’ section. Alternatively you can use the search bar located at the top right corner of the page to look for specific products.

Once you have selected a product, you can click on the product to go to the product page for more information on the product. Alternatively, you can also click the “Add to cart” button to add the product to your shopping cart. By following the link on the upper right-hand corner of your screen, you may view your shopping cart at any time. This allows you to add, change or delete items whenever you like.

Once you are satisfied with your cart, you can proceed to checkout. After filling the contact details, delivery address, and choosing the delivery slot, you can place the order.

If you have coupons, you can use them at either the cart or the checkout page.

Payments can be made online via our payment gateway partners Instamojo (https://www.instamojo.com) and Pay U (https://www.payumoney.com). We also accept Cash on Delivery for all deliveries within our Delivery Areas.

This feature is available to only registered users. Once you have logged in, navigate to your “My Accounts” page. In the Recent Orders section, find the order you wish to cancel, and click on cancel, to initiate cancellation.

My Account

No, you do not need an account to shop on this site. You can check out as a guest. However, by creating an account you can have a lot more features as discussed below.

By creating an account you can view your purchase history, generate requests to cancel orders, download old invoices, and receive gift coupons and much more.

You can change your password on the “My Accounts” page after logging in, by following the link “Edit your password & account details”

Once you log in, you can edit your personal information from the “My Accounts” page.

Once you login, in the “My Accounts” page, you can view your purchase history and also download invoices from previous purchases.

If  for some reason you would like to delete your account, send a request to feedback@totalorganiacs.com and we shall initiate the process.
