Orders once placed can be cancelled only if product has not been shipped. Once the product is shipped, under no circumstances would we accept any cancellations. The product is usually shipped within 24 hours of placing the order.

To cancel an order, kindly raise a cancel request for the order from the “My accounts” page.
If the order is eligible for cancellation, we will get in touch with you by phone or e-mail to carry out the cancellation process.
We at Total Organiacs request you to kindly confirm if the correct order has been delivered to you, and also check if the package has arrived undamaged.
If you suspect that the package has been tampered with or not in good condition, kindly do not accept it and return it to the person in charge of delivery. We request you to send us an e-mail with the relevant details to email@example.com and we will get in touch with you by phone or e-mail to dispatch a replacement.
Applicable for Lifestyle products
Total Organiacs will accept returns only if the product is damaged on arrival. E-mail has to be sent by you within 24 hours of delivery. This policy holds good for all lifestyle products.
Applicable for Food products
Total Organiacs will not accept returns for food items once the item has been delivered.
